Another idea banK for local entrepreneur?

In Malaysia, as a entrepreneur – we have a lot of ideas, by having another idea bank from existing. We need money and somebody to guide us to build a business. An idea need to cultivated and money need to be pour into young entrepreneur. Research institutions should give the entrepreneur a chance to proof themself, that I ( and many others) want to successful in building up a business. More money put into new local startup, mean more breathing space and innovation are bring into economy.

Food crisis in the world

Maybe Malaysia should explore technique such Terra_preta or biochar to enhance it food productivity. Planning to spend a lot of money will be a waste without proper planning. Example show that proof that such technique absolutely work make it a terrific idea to explore.
